AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! We love our seat

We have had our seats for a few months now and love it so far! My 8 month old sleeps so well in it and seems to be very comfortable. I had a problem installing the seat do to my seatbelt and accidentally compromised my base, I contacted support and Katie called me back shortly after. She was absolutely amazing and so helpful we quickly came to a situation to the problem. I feel like babyark truly cares about their customers. The seats are pricy but the customer service alone is worth it.
