There are different shipping prices for different delivery options. Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping times do not include a processing time of up to 48 hours. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

All Products marked as “pre-order” will be shipped within the estimated period listed in the Product description. Please note that this period is not guaranteed, as there may be factors outside of our control that could affect said period.

You can return any unwanted product(s) within 100 days of the purchase if you are not 100% satisfied with them, or for any other reason, unless the Product was purchased as a Pre-Order Product, in such case you can return it within 100 days from the date of the product arrival to you. In order to make a return, please send us an email to contact@babyark.com, and we will guide you through the process.

We will refund the money within 30 days of receiving the returned Product, to the same payment method used to place the order. Note that shipping costs will not be returned and it is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.

None of the terms above affects your statutory rights under applicable consumers' protection laws.
