The lowest risk of head injury
The HIC parameter serves to evaluate the likelihood of a head injury occurring to the passenger, in our case, the child. The maximum limit (set by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration NHSTA) is 1000 and is calculated based on the accelerations experienced by the head during an impact.
The lower the HIC result, the lower the chances of a head injury.

Customer service is not helpful at all. I’ve been having issues since the day about this car seat. Not mention it’s a really heavy chair and really bulky chair. Don’t recommend for a small car. I have an escalate and it’s still big. I don’t recommend for the price.
Our son loves the comfort of this car seat and we love the safety of it. We recently rented a car seat while on vacation and our son hated it. There was hardly any padding in it and was cheap. He cried every time we had to put him in the rental. Came home and put him in his babyark and no complaints. Comfy enough for naps.

I tried to push against the car seat whenever we curled turn into the freeway and the car seat didn’t move at all, you can feel how strong stable it is.
You can see the comfortable in your baby’s face. Bonus point looking like a luxury car seat.
Incredibly impressed with our car seats top notch
It’s only been a week, but I love it. Install was easy and the quality feels great. The app is very user friendly. Only downside is that it feels so small? I wonder how it will fit our child as it grows, as your child is only 22lbs now and it feels snug? Idk. Also our side impact protection pops up every now and then and sometimes it is hard to get it back in. Just odd. Overall happy with the purchase!

After an exhausting search for contertible carseats and not being happy with anything on the market I found the Baby Ark. I wanted something that shared the features my infant car seat had and no other convertible car seats offered that. We did run into one small issue from shipping (fedex's fault) and customer service took care of everything immediately.

Overall I’m pretty happy with the car seat. It looks comfortable and getting baby in and out is a breeze. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the video instructions needs to be better. I had multiple questions and issues while installing and could not find videos that worked through them with me. For example for the car seat to fit in my car I had to slightly recline the vehicle seat and then could open the anti rebound all the way. And the slight movement concerned me, I had to find a TikTok video of someone installing and wiggling to determine if my wiggle was the same.(Also review for a free cup holder but it won’t let you upload the picture is a huge waste of time)
