Perfect for two-car one-seat solution. Basically a convertible car seat that shares the convenience of an infant car seat with base.
The material’s texture and look definitely feels above $500 class seats. Hard to say if it’s worth $800 or not.

We've had the Babyark for a few weeks now for our 15.5 month old son. We previously used the Clek Liing infant carseat and loved its load leg and steel reinforced base feature almost no convertible carseat in the US offers, and thats what drove us to Babyark primareily.
While the Liing was highly rated for safety, our som hated it, he'd scream every time we strapped him in. Comfort was another big reason we chose this car seat. The crying has reduced entirely, and we have done several 1 hour driving without issues, he no longer arches his back when getting in.
The safety features of Babyark also met our high expectations. Worth to mention, he does bite the chest clip as mentioned in other reviews and sometimes he unbuckles it but hasn't caused any issues with unnecessary alerts in the app. Installation was easy.
We plan to travel with it using our Cleek Liing travel bag (fits well in it and it's a padded bag) as a checked luggage, but this isn't a travel system, once you install it you keep it in the car for the duration of your trip. We have it currently installed behind the passenger seat in our 2021 Subaru Crosstrek, and front space is not at all tight, the opposite this freed up more space in the front than our infant car seat.
