We received our babyark and can’t rave enough about it. We had changed from our infant car seat that was getting just a bit too snug and uncomfortable. The babyark looks great, keeps our baby safe, and she’s comfortable and relaxed in the seat as well. Babyark has been extremely responsive with any of my concerns and can’t thank them enough.

This car seat is such high quality & has so many features that no other car seat on the market has!
We originally purchased the Uppababy Mesa Max Infant car seat and it terrorized us. We visited our local baby retail store and tested ~30 car seats. The Baby Ark was the only one our baby would tolerate. Within a day, he started to nap in the car, fast forward a few months - sometimes the only way we can get him to nap is by putting him in the car seat. It’s easy to install and uninstall, easy to disassemble the washable components and clean, and we love the ability to recline the seat without removing it.
Baby is happy, we now have one in each parent’s car.

Babyark has such great customer service. They knew our family’s situation and were more than generous to help us out to get a seat in time when there was a shipping delay out of their control. Everything about the seat down to the box’s packaging is pristine & thought out. The seat itself is like a spaceship and is so solid!! Our baby will be so safe & I can charge it right in my car! Highly recommend the babyark! It’s an INVESTMENT with the no expiration date being highly worth it, if you want a nontoxic seat!:)
We won the premium car seat!! It is absolutely amazing! The material is super soft, comfortable and cute. The quality of the car seat is fantastic! The shipping was fast! We love it!!

I really like this car seat, my child likes it as well. You can tell that they put the time and effort into the car seat. I love the look and the features. The only thing I have an issue with is that it has movement. When we go over the railroad track by my house my baby gets jostled all around and she didn’t in her previous one.
The car seat is aesthetically appealing at the same time very well built. We can see the thought process of making a durable and reliable product. The only down fall is in certain cars the base of the car seat wobbles even though the car seat says it’s installed correctly. Which does not make us feel comfortable. Other than that we like the car seat.

I feel confidently assured that my granddaughter is safe in this car seat.
My daughter's car discomfort was instantly resolved when we switched to the babyark seat. The seat's exceptional quality and design, including the magnetics in the chest clip and the sides of the seat that hold the straps, are top-notch. I didn't give it a perfect rating because of the app issues, and I'd expect that spending an additional $300 would be worth it. In terms of the seat alone, it's a five-star product. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is definitely a great car seat. I have no complaints in regards to safety, but for people looking for simplicity, this car seat might not be it for you as it contains a lot of "tech". The car seat base has to be charged consistently or it keeps beeping. If the car hits a bump or if I have people in the back row and they press against the car the car seat slightly - it beeps because the adjustment is changed every so slightly; which can get very annoying when you go on road-trips. Overall, it's a great car seat for people who can dish out $1,000. I am however starting to not like the tech in the seat for an extra $300 considering the mobile app is very rudimentary and the problems I mentioned above. I may end up swapping the Premium to the Classic.

The tech in our Premium and Smart seats is designed to enhance safety through features like guided installation, alerts, and notifications, giving you peace of mind that everything is always correct.
We suggest charging the battery for about 3 hours, which should last for 2-3 weeks with normal usage once fully charged. Also, please make sure that the support leg is fully extended and securely in place, as this is often the cause of any beeping if it shifts. If everything is installed properly, it shouldn’t alert you during normal rides.

I bought the babyark after my 12 month grew to tall for his infant seat and we love it!! I downloaded the app and installed the car seat and it alarmed to let us know we’re didn’t install correctly. I feel so safe with my little guy in it!!
This is my second car seat with BabyArk. I love them. The only problem I have is that the chest clip is very easy for a child to undo, and the fabric around the round part comes undone/unseen. That's really the only thing that's a problem. Love these chairs!

A chest clip is importnat in keeping the car seat's harness straps securely on a child’s shoulders. Some children may go through a phase of trying (and sometimes succeeding) to open the chest clip. This can occur with any car seat. The best solution is for parents or caregivers to work with the child to understand that the chest clip should remain closed while traveling.
It’s also important to note that chest clips are not designed to withstand crash forces; their main purpose is to maintain proper strap positioning. Ensuring the harness is snug and correctly placed will enhance safety.
We have been very happy with the product. Our child looks very comfortable and I really like the zippers and how it is easier to clean.
Great car seat, the magnets really help with setting the baby in without getting the seatbelts tangled.
I purchased this for my 4 month old grandson. He has cried in every car seat until this one! We have used it on a longer car rides and he is enjoying it. It is heavy and feels sturdy. The APP was easy to use and the installation was extremely easy. I feel like he is much safer in this than others on the market. He is 100% surrounded by the seat.
After months of research and reading reviews, I recently bought the babyark car seat for my 5 month old daughter. The advanced safety features are what appealed to me the most, being that she was still so young. I really like the seat itself. Easy to install with the step by step directions and she seems really comfortable in it. Doesn’t cry like she did in the infant seat. The app on the other hand is not great. Takes forever for the car seat to connect to app when you open it, doesn’t track rides unless locations are on constantly, which eats up the battery on my phone. Also did an experiment and it didn’t alert me that the seat was unbuckled or if she was left in the car like it claims to. Hindsight I should have gone with the classic over the premium. Overall I do love the seat and the crash safety features, just to know if the smart base is worth it.
